Grant Description

On December 1, 2015, the Chinese Government and the Government of Zimbabwe signed an Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement (ETCA), which committed RMB 400 million for several projects.

RMB 300 million was earmarked for the Parliament Building Construction Project (see Record ID#62934) and RMB 90 million was earmarked for the National Pharmaceutical Warehouse Construction Project (see Record ID#52603). It is unclear how the remaining RMB 10 million was used.
