Grant Description

On Jan 14, 2010, the Chinese Government signed an Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement (ETCA #70224) granting 400,000 RMB to the Government of Samoa.

The ETCA sponsored Chinese inspection teams to travel to Samoa and conduct field studies for the Loto Taumafai Disability School Project (Record ID#37736) and the Marine Research Ocean Campus Project at the University of Samoa (Record ID#61643). Both of these sub-projects are marked as completed so this ETCA is presumably fully drawn down.
