Grant Description
China Development Bank lent $107.1 million in 2016 for the acquisition of one Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner In 2016, China Development Bank agreed — at least in principle — to extend a $107.1 million loan to Uzbekistan Airways (NAC Uzbekistan Havo Yollari) for the acquisition of Boeing aircraft.
The proceeds of this loan were to be used by Uzbekistan Airways (NAC Uzbekistan Havo Yollari) to buy at least one Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner. The Government of Uzbekistan issued a sovereign guarantee in support of the loan.
The purchase resolution codes are 01.03.2018 N PP-3575 and 30.04.2018 N PP-3689 made by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
