China and Guyana signed Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement (ETCA) On September 22, 2018, the State Councilor and Foreign Minister of China, Wang Yi, had a meeting the with Guyana Vice President and Foreign Minister, Grinic, in Georgetown, Guyana. During the meeting, China and Guyana signed an Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement (ETCA).
