Grant Description

China provides Togo with 30 million RMB interest-free loan through 2011 ETCA On October 13, 2011, the Chinese Ambassador to Togo, Wang Zuofeng, and the Togolese Minister of Foreign Affairs, Cooperation and African Integration, Eliot Ohin, signed an Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement (ETCA) with Togo for an interest-free loan of 30 million RMB and a grant of 70 million RMB (see Record ID#71703).
