Grant Description

On October 13, 2011, the Chinese Ambassador to Togo, Wang Zuofeng, and the Togolese Minister of Foreign Affairs, Cooperation and African Integration, Eliot Ohin, signed an Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement (ETCA) with Togo for a grant of RMB 70 million and an interest-free loan for RMB 30 million (see Record ID#71704).
