Grant Description

On Bolivian President Evo Morales' trip to China over August 10 to 14, 2011, the two governments signed an Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement (ETCA) which granted 60 million RMB to Bolivia. It is unclear what projects the grant was used to fund. On the same trip, a second ETCA was signed, providing a line of credit (see project 39447).
