Grant Description

On October 22, 2014, the Bolivian and Chinese governments signed an Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement (ETCA) granting 80 million RMB to Bolivia.

The agreement has subsequently been used to fund the acquisition of customs scanning equipment worth 73 million RMB (see Record ID#54613) for modern luggage and cargo control. This ETCA was signed the same day as an ETCA providing a 50 million RMB interest-free line of credit (Record ID#71435).
