Grant Description

China provides Togo with RMB 30 million interest-free loan through 2010 ETCA On November 9th, 2010, the Chinese Ambassador to Togo signed an Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement (ETCA) with the Togolese Minister for Foreign Affairs for a RMB 30 million interest-free loan and a RMB 80 million grant (see Record ID#70809), totaling RMB 110 million.

The funds are to go to mutually agreed upon projects, but have not been identified as funding in any specific sectors or projects.
