Grant Description

On October 1, 2019, the Government of the People's Republic of China and Government of Costa Rica signed an Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement (ETCA) that will provide the Government of Costa Rica 120 million Yuan (RMB). The financing will be allocated to projects to be determined by the two governments in Costa Rica at a later date.
