Grant Description

On September 4, 2019, the Chinese Academy of Sciences donated lab equipment to Maasai Mara University (MMU).

The lab equipment was intended to aid research on conservation of indigenous plant species that have immense medicinal and nutritional value.

The donation came alongside the formation of the MMU-CAS Joint Research Laboratories at MMU, sponsored by the CAS affiliated Sino-Africa Joint Research Centre (SAJOREC).
