Grant Description

Chinese Ministry of Commerce provides 20 million CNY in interest-free loans to Antigua and Barbuda through ETCA (January 2009) On January 8th, 2009, China's Ambassador to Antigua and Barbuda, Chen Ligang, and Antigua and Barbuda's Prime Minister, Baldwin Spencer, signed an Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement (ETCA) to provide Antigua and Barbuda with a RMB 20,000,000 yuan in interest-free loans between January 1, 2009 and December 31, 2013.

This project should not be confused with 85962, which captures a grant provided in a second ETCA signed on the same day.
