Grant Description
On 12 November 2015, the 'Peace Ark' hospital ship docked in Acapulco, Mexico.
The purpose of the hospital ships first visit to Mexico was to deepen understanding, develop friendship and expand cooperation between China and Mexico.
During the visit, the hospital ship will carry out free medical services as well other military and cultural exchange activities. It is a part of the Harmony Mission-2015 Mission(or 和谐使命－2015任务).
The mission in Mexico ended November 18th, 2015 (alamy.com) and it entails military medicine, cultural exchanges, free medical care, and humanitarian services.
The Peace Ark will travel around the Pacific to 7 countries and regions including Australia, the United States, Mexico, and Peru.
