Grant Description

On April 26, 2018, the Chinese Government donated a batch of materials to Shamsa Children’s Village (SCV). The donation included laptop computers, schoolbags, notebooks, toys, books, a reading room, and a library.

The Chinese Government has also previously provided grant funding for a wide-capacity water reservoir and the reconstruction of the the SCV's boundary wall. The amount of grant funding provided by the Chinese Government is unknown. Shamsa Children’s Village (SCV) is located in the Qasaba vicinity of the 15th municipality district of Kabul city.
