Grant Description

On February 13, 2006, the Vice Minister of Commerce, Wei Jianguo, signed an Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement (ETCA) with a representative of the Togolese Ministry of Foriegn Affairs, Gilbert Bavaara.

According to "La coopération sino-togolaise, un exemplaire partenariat," the agreement includes a grant of RMB 40 million allocated for unspecified infrastructure projects across Togo.
