Grant Description

On June 1, 2007, the Chinese Ambassador to Colombia and the Colombian Minister of Foreign Relations, on behalf of the Chinese and Colombian governments respectively, signed an Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement (ETCA) granting the latter 10 million RMB. The projects to be financed through the loan were not specified at the time of signing.

The Bank of China and a Colombian Government institution would determine banking procedures at a later date, according to the agreement.
