Chinese Government provides interest-free loan to Turkmenistan for purchase of Chinese drilling rigs for natural gas exploration and development During the visit of President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedow to China on July 17 and 18, 2007, the Chinese Government provided Turkmenistan with an interest-free loan for the purchase of Chinese drillings rigs.
