Grant Description

On April 13-18, 2002, Vice-Minister of Finance Luo Jiwei visited Jamaica.

During his visit, Vice-Minister Luo Jiwei presented two computers to the Jamaican youth field and track tournament on behalf of the Chinese Government.

The computers went to the ISSA Boys and Girls Championships at their annual high school championship track meet - "Champs."
