China signs framework agreement to give Venezuela 350 million RMB for agricultural machinery On the January 29, 2005, the Government of the People's Republic of China signed a framework agreement with the Government of Venezuela for the Export-Import Bank of China to provide a preferential line of credit worth up to 350 million RMB to the Venezuelan Ministry of Finance for the acquisition of agricultural machinery.

Project ID #69340 is a 84.5 million RMB export buyer's credit from the China EXIM Bank to Venezuelan Ministry of Finance for the Agricultural Machinery Project and was signed on the same day as this framework agreement.
