Grant Description

On 21 June 2001, the Government of the People’s Republic of China and the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia signed an Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement which stated that the Chinese Government will provide the Ethiopian Government 15 million yuan of free assistance.

The money will be used to finance projects agreed between the two governments or for the provision of general materials. The exact projects will be specified and agreed upon at a later date.
