Grant Description

On February 28, 2011, Chinese Ambassador Kuang Weilin and Sierra Leonean Minister of Foreign Affairs and International cooperation Hon. Mr. J. B. Dauda signed a China-Sierra Leone Economic and Technical Agreement.

According to the Agreement, China is to provide assistance for much needed projects that can bring about positive economic and social benefits to Sierra Leone. The two sides also signed the Certificate of Handing Over Office Supplies (#27983). The specific amount, flow type, and use of this ETCA are unclear.
