China Development bank loan for the improvement of Cuban sanitary facilities On 5 July, 2012, the governments of China and Cuba signed 8 agreements in Beijing.

One of those agreements was a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for a China Development Bank loan that would go towards improving Cuban sanitary facilities.
