Grant Description

On July 30th, 2006, Ambassador Liu Zhentang went to the University of Tehran to meet the new president Ayatollah Abbas Ali Amid-Zangjani and presented a TV set and a batch of English outreach books to the university library. The monetary value of the donation is unknown.

During the meeting, Ambassador Liu expressed the wish from the Universities in China to cooperate with the University of Tehran.
