Grant Description

On December 13, 2018, Chinese Ministry of Commerce signed an economic and technical cooperation agreement (ETCA) providing a RMB 1.2 billion grant to the Government of Cambodia for multiple projects.

On the same day, the Chinese Government signed loan agreements worth a RMB 1.822 billion (approximately USD 260 million) on behalf of both governments in Phnom Penh of interest-free loans and preferential loan agreements (see Record ID#62238).
