Grant Description

In August 2017 the Beijing Construction and Engineering Group (BCEG) signed a memorandum of understanding to finance $250 million for a hypermarket of construction materials in Iran.

This accounts for 85% of the total financing with the other 15 percent coming from Iran's Civil Servants Pension Organization (C.S.P.O). The hypermarket will be 90,000 square meters and be located in eastern Tehran.
