Grant Description

Chinese Government provides interest-free loan -- through second phase ETCA -- for unspecified purposes On December 28th 2012, the Chinese and Burundese governments signed the second phase of an Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement for an interest free loan of an unspecified amount. The first phase of the ETCA was committed on October 4, 2012 (#57184).

The allocation of the loan was also unspecified. Under a second agreement on the same dates, an ETCA was signed for a grant (#57185 and #66773).
