Grant Description

On December 28th 2012, the Chinese and Burundese governments signed the second phase of an Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement for a grant of an unspecified amount. The first phase of the ETCA was committed on October 4, 2012 (#57185). The allocation of the grant was also unspecified.
