Grant Description

On February 8, 2018, the Chinese Government and the Government of Senegal signed an exchange of letters in which the Chinese Government committed to donating simultaneous translation equipment to the Economic, Social and Environmental Council of Senegal (“Signature d’un accord de coopération économique entre le Sénégal et la Chine”).

The equipment was expected to help large-scale international-Senegalese conferences, alongside policy making conferences.

The Chinese Government and the Government of Senegal signed the handover certificate for the equipment on June 25, 2019.
