Grant Description
On October 22, 2008, during a meeting between the Chinese Vice Premier and the Moldovan Speaker of the Parliament, Marian Lupu, the Chinese Government and the Government of Moldova reportedly signed an RMB 30 million grant agreement for an unspecified set of economic and social development activities.
It is unclear whether or when the proceeds from this grant were utilized.
