Grant Description

On November 14, 2007, the Chinese Government and the Government of Moldova signed an agreement, which committed RMB 15 million of grant funding for various purposes.

Then, on February 16, 2009, the parties signed an exchange of letters, which allocated RMB 10 million of the grant proceeds for the construction of a school at a rural site (captured in Record ID#66534). It is not clear whether or how the remains RMB 5 million was allocated.
