Grant Description
On July 10th, 2013, China and Moldova signed an ETCA, with China granting CNY 50,000,000 Yuan, to be disbursed at a later date.
The money was to be funded through the China Development Bank and was disbursed for the installation of scanner equipment at border stations in 2014 and 2017 (see projects ID#66299 and ID#66302).
The money seems to have been completely disbursed by July 10, 2018, according to "Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Moldova and the Government of the People's Republic of China on economic and technical cooperation".
Record ID#66299 was funded entirely through this ETCA, while Record ID#66302 was funded through the remaining funds of the July 2013 ETCA as well as part of an ETCA signed in October 2016 (see Record ID#52764).
