Grant Description

On April 12, 2011, the Chinese and Armenian governments signed an economic and technical cooperation agreement (ETCA). The exact amount of the ETCA is unknown.

On July 14, 2011, the Deputy Foreign Minister of Armenia Sergey Manasaryan and Chinese Ambassador to Armenia Tian Changchun exchanged letters finalizing the transaction of a donation of RMB 55 million worth of city buses, under this ETCA (see Record ID#66379).
