Grant Description
On October 30, 2006, the Chinese Government and the Ukrainian Cabinet of Ministers signed an RMB 10 million grant agreement for unspecified purposes. It is unclear whether or how the proceeds from this grant agreement were utilized.
Then, on March 30, 2015, the Chinese Government and the Government of Ukraine signed letters of exchange, which committed RMB 10 million grant funding for the provision of telecommunication equipment to Ukraine’s Ministry of Economic Development (captured in Record ID#85193). Although the project was completed, its precise project implementation start and end dates are unknown.
