Grant Description

On September 2, 2010, the Chinese Government and the Government of Ukraine signed an Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement (ETCA), which committed RMB 25 million of grant funding for unspecified purposes.

The parties signed the document in Beijing, China and the agreements were signed in Ukrainian, Chinese and Russian languages. The allocation of the funds was to be be agreed upon at a later date by the two countries.
