China Eximbank signs MOU for buyer's credit to Ministry of Industry (2) Construction Projects (or Ministry of Industry II Construction Projects) in 2009 When Li Changchun, the member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China Central Committee, visited Myanmar in March 2009, China Eximbank and the Ministry of Finance and Revenue of the Union of Myanmar signed the Memorandum of Understanding Regarding Buyer’s Credit for a number of Construction Projects (Naypyitaw International Airport -- which has been completed, hydropower plants and projects of Myanmar Ministry of Industry II).
