Grant Description

El Salvador Investment Compact - Human Capital Project - Improving Quality of General Education Activity: Under this Activity, MCC Funding and the Government Contribution will support complementary interventions to provide Salvadoran students the benefits of competency-based education, increased classroom time, teachers trained in requisite subject-matters and pedagogical skills, and an institutional and physical environment that is conducive to learning.
