Grant Description
On November 15th, 2016, the Chinese Ambassador to Yemen signed an Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement (ETCA) with the Yemeni Minister of Planning and International Cooperation. This agreement constitutes a grant of 90,000,000 RMB for humanitarian purposes. This project is in the commitment phase.
