Grant Description
On November 3, 2017, the Government of China and the Government of Samoa signed an Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement (ETCA) for RMB 250 million.
According to "Samoa and China sign agreement," an unspecified amount of the ETCA will go towards feasibility studies for the Vaiusu Poee Record ID#61126). The remaining funds will be for unspecified projects to be agreed on by both countries.
In July 2019, the Chinese Government and the Government of Samoa signed an exchange of letters regarding a full feasibility study for the Vaiusu Port Project. (Record ID#61126).
