Grant Description

On October 14th, 2016, Chinese Government launched the Brightening of the Mekong River Project (or 湄公河光明行复明 or "Mekong Bright Tour") in Vientiane, that China sent medical teams to Cambodia, Viet Nam, Laos and Myanmar and conducted free eye surgery for 800 poor cataract patients. It is jointly organized by the China Public Diplomatic Association and the China Charity Federation.
