Grant Description

On June 19, 2007, the Chinese Assistant Minister of Commerce and Jordanian Minister of Planning and International Cooperation signed an Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement (ETCA) committing RMB 20,000,000 of grant funding for unspecified purposes.

Then, on April 16, 2008, the grant proceeds from this ETCA were allocated to Phase 1 of the CCTV Camera Installation Project (see Record ID#41074).
