Grant Description
On November 24, 2009, the Chinese Government and the Government of Ecuador signed an Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement with three separate parts: an RMB 10 million ($1.4 million USD) grant to the Government of Ecuador for unspecified purposes (captured in Record ID#35844); an RMB 20 million loan (~$3 million USD) to the Government of Ecuador for unspecified purposes (captured in Record ID#35845), and an RMB 330 million loan to the Government of Ecuador to purchase 4 MA-60 aircraft (captured in Record ID#35846).
