Grant Description

On July 29 and August 6, 2008, the Chinese and Yemeni governments signed an letters of exchange agreeing to organize a seminar on bilateral management cadres for Yemeni government officials in China.

On October 10th, 2008, 36 officials from the Ministry of Planning and International Cooperation, the Ministry of Finance, and other unspecified ministries left for China. The visiting delegation attended seminars on Chinese development, bilateral cooperation, and management. They also visited major cities such as Jiangsu and Shanghai.
