Grant Description

On 17 March 2010, China signed two ETCAs with Antigua and Barbuda involving a 30 million CNY grant (captured in this project) and a 20 million CNY interest-free line of credit (see linked Record ID#64581).

According to Antigua and Barbuda's Ambassador to China, the financing will be utilized by the Government of Antigua and Barbuda to continue the infrastructural projects being carried out by the Chinese Construction teams to include the Island Wide Street Lighting Project, the Grays Farm Reservoir, the Barbuda Social Centre and the Grays Green Gutter Renovation and any additional projects identified by the Government.
