Grant Description

On April 10th, 2010, the Chinese Premier of State Council, Wen Jiabao, and the Vanuatu Prime Minister Natapei, attended a signing ceremony for an economic and technical cooperation agreement (or 经济技术合作协定). The exact amount and allocation of the ETCA were not specified.

Mr Natapei, on a six-day China tour, also visited a hybrid rice research center in Changsha, capital of central China's Hunan Province.
