Grant Description

On January 15, 2007, the Chinese government and the Philippines government signed an Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement (ETCA) for 100 million pesos (15 million RMB).

On December 20th, 2010, the Chinese Government handed over PHP 85M worth of mobile clinics to the Philippine Government (Record ID#49081), which was funded through the ETCA. The remaining PHP 15M is for unspecified purposes.
