Grant Description

On 4 July 2003, Chinese and Vanuatu government officials signed an Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement (ETCA #66388) granting an unspecified amount of money to Vanuatu. Later, the two sides agreed to use 696,069,000 VUV of those funds to purchase 12 tractors. The handover ceremony took place on 24 February 2006, where the aid farm equipment was handed over.
