Grant Description

From April 6 - April 14, 2014, Prime Minister Kay Rala Xanana Gusmão of Timor-Leste paid an official visit to China and attended the annual conference of Bo'ao Forum for Asia (BFA).

During his visit on April 9, 2014, China signed an Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement (ETCA) that granted Timor-Leste a donation of 60 million RMB. The Government of Timor-Leste approved the ETCA on June 24, 2014. The allocation of the ETCA is unspecified.
