Grant Description
On August 13th, 2019, a ceremony was held for the donation of medical supplies to the Guido Valadares National Hospital of Timor-Leste (东帝汶国立医院). The donation ceremony was celebrated alongside the 15th Anniversary of Chinese Medical Team Serving in Timor-Leste.
The ceremony was held at the hospital, and Ambassador Xiao and Mr Bonifácio Maukoli dos Reis jointly witnessed the donation ceremony of medicine and medical appliances.
As of 2019, China has donated 15 batches of medical equipment worth approximately 1,100,000 USD since 2004, see Record ID#38110 for all related medical supplies donation projects.
