China Eximbank pledges loan for 230kV M.

Kham-Lat Sen Power Transmission Line Project IIn 2015, China Eximbank reportedly agreed in principle to issue a loan for 230kV M. Kham (Muongkham) - Lat Sen (Latsen) Power Transmission Line Project in Laos. According to a report by Asian Development Bank, the power transmission line is 115 km and owned by EDL.

The project period is from 2015 to 2019 and the expected commercial operation date is 2019.
