Chinese Government provides RMB 6 million loan for May 19 Textile Factory Upgrading Project Prior to the end of 2009, the Chinese Government provided an RMB 6 million concessional loan to the Government of Vietnam for upgrading the 19th May Textile Factory. This project had reached completion by 2006.
